Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy provides that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return. For Funny Golf markers, please see the dedicated section below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging where possible. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at az@funnygolfmarker.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Via Damiano, n°7 - 31021 - Mogliano Veneto (TV).

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless agreed otherwise. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Clothing Returns

Funny Golf accepts commercial return requests for clothing within 14 days of order delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Products must be intact and in perfect condition.

  • Garments must not have been used or damaged.

  • Tags must be attached and the original packaging preserved, where possible.

  • The request must be communicated to customer service within the specified deadline.

  • Any return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless agreed otherwise. Acceptance of a commercial return is subject to verification of the product's condition. This policy applies exclusively to commercial returns voluntarily offered by Funny Golf and does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

No Returns for Funny Golf Markers

Funny Golf markers are customized products made at the customer's request. For this reason, voluntary commercial returns are not accepted, nor is the right of withdrawal applicable (Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c of the Italian Consumer Code), unless otherwise agreed in writing with Funny Golf. Statutory rights in the event of defective, damaged, or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us specifying your order number and describing the issue. Reports will be handled in compliance with applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging where possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply to Funny Golf markers, as they are customized products (see the dedicated section).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at az@funnygolfmarker.com.
